Data protection policy

FIBONAD complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December of the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force in the matter of data protection and ensures correct use and treatment of the user’s personal data.

The Web does not need a registry for its use and therefore does not collect personal data. If at any time FIBONAD requests data from users, it must inform, after the collection of data, its existence and acceptance of particular conditions of the treatment of said data in each case. It shall inform the responsibility of the created file, the address of the person responsible, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the treatment and the communication of data to third parties in their case.

It is also reported that in compliance with Law 34/2002 of July 11th, Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce will require the user’s consent for processing their data for commercial purposes.

We will never share your personal data with third parties without obtaining prior consent. However, we may use your information anonymously or aggregate it to carry out studies or statistics related to users’ habits or use of FIBONAD.
